Back in 2021, these star pearls were the heart of my little shop. I launched my website with them, packed my first orders with them, and they quickly became my best-selling design on Etsy.

But star pearls slowly became harder to find since 2022, especially the purple ones. Their shape alone is already a small miracle, and asking for good color and luster on top of that… well, that’s asking the universe for too much. So I stopped offering them anywhere else and kept the last batches quietly for this place — for people who somehow find their way here.(The main reason is all the pearl farmers they start plant more round pearls to chase much more profit.)

Each necklace is slightly different. Some pearls lean more violet, others drift toward a soft blush pink. They’re never perfectly identical, but I think that’s what makes them so charming.

If you prefer consistency, the white version is safer.
But if you don’t mind a little surprise — something only you will have — then the purple one has a way of finding the right person.

Notes

• No two pieces will ever look exactly the same as the photos — every pearl has its own shape, glow, and quiet personality. The one that finds its way to you will be the only one of its kind — a small treasure meant for no one else.

• Each piece is handmade in the studio, so it may take up to 5 days to finish. If you need it sooner, just email or DM us — we’ll do our best to move your order ahead for you.

Care Instructions

• Try to keep your pearls away from chemicals and prolonged sunlight exposure. Pearls are organic gemstones — with improper storage, they may gradually lose their natural glow.

• When cleaning, use a soft cloth instead of tissues or paper-based wipes. A pearl’s shine comes from the continuity of its reflective surface, and hard fibers can create micro-scratches that interrupt that smooth reflection. Keeping the surface unbroken is key to preserving its brightness.

• Please check your clasps and pearl thread from time to time. Even though we use high-quality Japanese silk thread, all pearl strings naturally wear with use — usually after 4–5 years.
