mousse is fluffy and mouthfilling for extra light-hearted vibes, but there’s 
more to take in here, with generous berry/cherry flavours and a more  
serious sparkling wine chalkiness in its texturals, which offers proper  
value for money feels to the finish. Consistently good drinking over the  
years, Spark is a reliable and most enjoyable celebratory companion.”

 “A pretty start with a rose gold appearance greeting the eye, this Lambrook 
‘Spark’ Sparkling Pinot Noir will get the party started with a little something 
different. Loaded with interest, there is a little more body here to elevate your aperitif. The creamy texture lights things up. A canape go-to, scents of red currants, red apple, rhubarb and the white bit of the strawberry all flow neatly to the flavour profile. Add a gentle flicker of blood orange, blackcurrant and dark cherry and you have yourself a very tidy drink. Drying on close, I’d have no problems draining a glass in quick time.
