The HTP Pro Pulse/Revolution 2500 Spool Gun is a great tool to use when you find yourself working on a job where you cannot be near your welder. Our HTP Pro Pulse Spool Gun comes with a BUILT IN SLIDER so there is no need for you to run 25ft back to your machine to adjust your settings. You will need to purchase and install the spool gun board (PP220, PP300 & Freedom 250P uses part# 601525/ Revolution 2500 uses part# 601855) (Freedom 3000 P and Mig 2800i requires 601987 ) into your machine in order to use this feature. Please note that when using this spool gun with the Revolution 2500 you need to make sure that both the remote and spool gun functions are turned on.
The perfect solution when you need some extra distance between you and the welding machine. Our state-of-the-art gun is ideally suited for applications ranging from farm machinery and semi-trailer repair to construction site jobs or any other application where the power source can't be brought to the work. Our advanced spool gun is also an excellent solution for welding aluminum. The distance from the drive rollers to the contact tip is only 8", which virtually eliminates any feeding problems, including birds nesting. A remote wire feed adjustment in the RSG's handle is a real time saver—eliminating the time consuming walk all the way back to the welder to fine-tune your wire feed rate.

Fit my 2008 328i BMW perfectly!
This fit my 328i BMW perfectly! It was easy installing the hose to engine on the top end. Connecting it to the water pump was a challenge, because the hose clamp was turned downward. If not for that, it would have been a breeze. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Buy this one!!
