Genie Fifi the Night Grenache 2025Grenache Rosnay Organic Vineyard, Canowindra Central Ranges, NSW, Wiradjuri Country 12. 5% ABV 7. 7 Standard Drinks Light and juicy cranberry and plums with a deep earthy undertone and tannin. De stemmed and wild fermented on skins, in stainless steel for 10 days and then gently pressed off to complete fermentation. Transferred to clay amphorae eggs to age and settle. Racked once more off gross lees back into amphorae and then bottle by gravity

Racked once more off gross lees back into amphorae and then bottle by gravity straight from the egg 6 months later. No adds to this one, 700 bottles only.
