De PRS SE Chleo is het resultaat van een nauwe samenwerking tussen PRS Guitars en virtuoos Herman Li, bekend van DragonForce. Deze SE-variant is gebaseerd op de exclusieve 2025 PRS Chleo Limited Edition en ontworpen voor de moderne metalgitarist die snelheid, precisie en comfort eist.
De Chleo combineert een esdoorn top met een mahonie body, esdoorn hals en ebben toets. Dankzij de dunne, lichtgewicht body en supersnelle hals speelt deze gitaar moeiteloos – urenlang. De speciaal gevormde hals (met 20” radius en carbon versteviging) biedt stabiliteit, sustain en ultieme toegang tot de hoogste frets. De “Eclipse Dragon” inlays en gemodificeerde PRS scoop maken het geheel af. En met de Floyd Rose tremolo kun je zonder zorgen voluit gaan.
Onder de motorkap vind je Herman Li’s eigen Fishman Fluence Omniforce pickups, goed voor tot wel 13 klankcombinaties. Van dikke, agressieve riffs tot heldere singlecoil-sounds en vloeiende leads – de Chleo dekt het hele spectrum. Of je nu via een buizenamp, modeller of plugin speelt: deze gitaar klinkt altijd top.
