You will need:

• 240 g Choc Brownie Mix (1 pack)
• 2 large eggs
• 160 g unsalted butter (melted)
• 3 Tbsp water
  

Method

• Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan forced).
• In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and water, then slowly add the melted butter while whisking until smooth.
• Add the Chocolate Brownie Mix and stir until evenly combined.
• Transfer the mixture to a lined or greased 20 x 20 cm baking dish, smoothing the surface.
• Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the desired firmness is achieved.
  Allow to cool in the dish before slicing. Store in a cool, dry, dark place
