Features of the Ocean Shower Commode Chairs XL
The Shower Commode Chair XL is wider than the standard version, providing comfort for a larger variety of users. The rest of the features can still be adjusted to the same dimensions as the standard. The XL also consists of the following features:
Has a soft seat with an insert for comfort
Machine-washable adjustable backrest for ease of use
Comes with a pan and lid
Easily adjustable in a number of different ways for maximum comfort
The adjustable backrest is altered by the use of buckles, making it quick and easy for the user to manage. The seat height is also adjustable. No tools are needed in order to do this.
It has two swing-away armrests that can be adjusted to two different heights to make it easier for the user. The footrests also swing away to make transfers easier and their height is adjustable for ease of use and comfort.
A push bar is available to position the chair over the toilet, making it easy to use for a mixture of purposes. With textured foot rests, users are more secure and heel loops ensure great levels of comfort.
Storing the Ocean Commode Chairs
Despite having a stainless steel frame, the chair can be folded away when not in use. When extended out, the chair is stable and secure. The arm and footrests can be folded away to make it compact.
Technical Details
The standard Ocean has both a seat width of 480mm and a depth of 450mm. All other measurements are adjustable to the user. It weighs 14.5kg and has a load capacity of 180kg (28 stone).
The commode chair is available in a single colour, white.
