Directions for Use
- Diffuser: Add 4–5 drops to water
- Massage: Dilute 3–5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil
- Bath: Add 5–10 drops diluted in carrier oil before adding to water
- Inhalation: Add 2–3 drops to hot water and inhale
