Vinificato in acciaio
Rosso rubino, al naso esprime un aroma intenso di violetta e di bacche rosse e nere impreziosito da un leggero sentore balsamico. In bocca è pieno, equilibrato e persistente. Fresco, stupisce per slancio ed allungo prima di un finale di ottima persistenza.Il Pinot Nero di Pfitscher proviene dal vigneto di Fuchsleiten, un appezzamento situato a circa quattrocentocinquanta metri di altitudine poco fuori il piccolo borgo di Montagna. Vinificato in acciaio a temperatura controllata e lasciato maturare per pochi mesi sia in botti di rovere che in vasche di acciaio è vino che racconta perfettamente tutta la finezza dei Pinot Nero di Montagna. Una zona lontana solo poche centinaia di metri dai vigneti di Mazzon, probabilmente il luogo dove in Italia questa varietà così prestigiosa riesce ad esprimere il meglio di sé. Da non mancare.
A tutto pasto, il Pinot Nero di Pfitscher è vino rosso che accompagna perfettamente carni rosse, selvaggina e formaggi di media stagionatura.

Comfortable and thick mat that’s great for workouts at home
