25g whey protein with 2.67g leucine and full amino disclosure

GAT Sport Nitraflex 100% Whey Protein is a no-nonsense whey mix that nails the basics: giving you quick-digesting protein to build muscle, recover from sessions, and keep your daily protein steady. From what we know, each 36g scoop has 25g protein, 120 calories, 3g carbs, 1.5g fat, and a clear amino breakdown. It uses whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. Isolate keeps it light and fast, while concentrate adds some extra whey goodness and better texture. This isn't loaded with extras like enzymes or creatine. It's all about the protein.

The big deal in the aminos is leucine at 2,670mg. Leucine flips the switch on muscle building by hitting the mTOR pathway – that's the body's signal to repair and grow muscle. Experts say 2-5g is the sweet spot, so 2.67g fits perfect for a solid whey hit, not just any old shake.

The other BCAAs are solid too: isoleucine at 1,540mg and valine at 1,610mg. Isoleucine helps pull glucose into muscles for energy and aids recovery. Valine teams up to fight off muscle damage and that tired feeling during workouts, all as part of a full amino setup. This isn't just BCAAs – it has all the essentials, like lysine at 2,340mg, threonine at 1,480mg, methionine at 630mg, p

GAT Nitraflex Whey by GAT Sport contains Vitamin D, a effective dose for muscle protein synthesis.

Key Highlights

  • 25g protein per 36g scoop – that's the key stat for any protein powder. You get a real dose of complete whey in a serving that's only 120 calories, perfect for after workouts, filling meals, or when you're cutting.
  • 2,670mg leucine – the star player here for starting muscle growth. It kicks off the mTOR pathway, which tells your body to build and fix muscle. This amount is right where a lot of trainers aim for in a good whey scoop.
  • 1,540mg isoleucine plus 1,610mg valine – a nice BCAA setup straight from the whey. These help with recovery and complete the BCAA team, but the best part is they're with all the essential aminos, not solo.
  • Full essential amino acid spectrum – more than just protein grams. Stuff like lysine, threonine, methionine, phenylalanine, histidine, and the others make whey a total package for real muscle repair and gains.
  • Whey isolate plus whey concentrate – a smart combo. Isolate makes it clean and quick to digest, while concentrate adds more whey benefits and a thicker shake feel.
  • 400mg calcium per serving – pretty solid for a protein. Calcium isn't just for bones; it helps with muscle contractions too, so this adds real value beyond calories and protein.
  • 200mg potassium – a good boost for electrolytes and muscle work. It keeps cell signals right and helps muscles contract normally, especially if you're sweating a lot in the gym.
  • No proprietary blend – nothing hidden in vague mixes. You can see exactly what's in it, so you know if those ingredients are dosed right, not just sounding cool.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters chasing muscle who want post-workout protein with leucine for building. 25g whey and 2.67g leucine per scoop help turn workouts into real gains.
  • Busy folks skipping meals or struggling with food protein. 36g scoop with 25g protein, low fat/carbs – quick fix without a big meal in a hectic day.
  • Athletes dropping fat but keeping muscle. 120 calories for 25g protein means high protein per calorie, helping stay full and hold mass in cuts.
  • Everyday trainers wanting natural BCAAs and EAAs from whey, no extras. Shows 2.67g leucine, 1.54g isoleucine, 1.61g valine in a full EAA setup.
  • Post-gym users picking fast protein over heavy food. Isolate plus concentrate digests quick when you need speed and ease.
  • Older gym rats holding muscle and steady protein. Whey's leucine-rich, fast, and easy even if hunger's low.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop with 6-10 oz cold water in a shaker for basics. Use after training for fast leucine protein, or between meals if protein's short. For thicker or more calories, go with milk – slows it a bit, adds protein. No need to half-dose unless checking whey tolerance. Has concentrate too, so if lactose bugs you mildly, test it. Stacks great with creatine – it refills energy stores while whey fixes muscles. No cycling; whey doesn't build tolerance. Keep sealed in cool, dry spot for best mix and taste.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: you taste it, feel the texture, and it goes down easy – no buzz, just solid after a workout. Whey means quick comfort and knowing you fueled up. 10-40 minutes: aminos start hitting your system; great for post-gym timing. 40-90 minutes: not an energy rush, but you feel full and sure you nailed protein. Days 1-7: consistency shines, swapping junk for this. Weeks 2-4: with good training and calories, you recover better, stick to protein, and hold or build muscle. It's about habits, not instant thrills.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much protein is in each serving of GAT Sport Nitraflex 100% Whey Protein?

Each 36g scoop provides 25g of protein. That is a solid, practical dose for post-workout recovery or for filling protein gaps between meals without bringing a large calorie load.

How much leucine does this formula provide per scoop?

The disclosed amino acid profile lists 2,670mg leucine per serving. That is an important number because leucine is the primary amino acid signal that activates mTOR and helps initiate muscle protein synthesis.

What type of protein is used in Nitraflex 100% Whey Protein?

The formula uses whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. That combination gives you a fast-digesting complete protein with a strong amino acid profile while maintaining a more substantial texture than many isolate-only products.

Is this product better as a post-workout shake or a meal replacement?

It is best viewed as a post-workout protein or a between-meal protein supplement, not a full meal replacement. It delivers 25g protein and useful minerals, but it does not include the broader fats, fiber, and micronutrient profile of a true meal replacement.

Does Nitraflex 100% Whey Protein contain BCAAs?

Yes, naturally through the whey protein itself. The label discloses 2,670mg leucine, 1,540mg isoleucine, and 1,610mg valine per serving, and those BCAAs are more valuable because they come inside a full essential amino acid matrix.

Is this a good protein powder for cutting?

Yes. At 120 calories with 25g protein, 3g carbohydrates, and 1.5g fat, it has a strong protein-to-calorie ratio that fits calorie-controlled phases while still delivering enough leucine to support lean mass retention.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Absolutely. This is one of the best stacks in sports nutrition because creatine supports phosphocreatine replenishment and training performance, while whey provides the amino acids needed for tissue repair and recovery.

Does this product contain caffeine or work like a pre-workout?

No meaningful stimulant content is disclosed for this whey formula, and it should not be used like a pre-workout. Despite sharing the Nitraflex name, this product is a protein supplement, not an energy or pump formula.

Is the formula fully transparent?

It is more transparent than many whey products because it discloses a broad amino acid profile and does not use a proprietary blend. However, the exact amount of vitamin D is not disclosed in the verified data we received, and the isolate-to-concentrate ratio is also not specified.

Is this suitable for people with lactose sensitivity?

It depends on your tolerance. Because the formula includes whey concentrate in addition to isolate, very sensitive users may do better with a pure isolate product, while many people with mild sensitivity still tolerate whey blends adequately.

The best chew, play and teeth cleaning toy
Size: Blue
I have a 24 lb medium australian labradoodle multigen. She loves to chew and nothing soothed her teething like this toy. It also cleans the adult teeth that came in. So win win. The squeakers didn't last but that was my fault for squeaking it to tire her out in play. We personally love this toy and will purchase it again when it wears out. So thanks for a great product. 😉

Not indestructible, but pretty close!
Size: Yellow, Size: Yellow
I adopted a pit mix a little over a month ago, and so far he's managed to destroy every single toy he's had, including ones meant for aggressive chewers. He's a sucker for a good squeaky toy, and this had good reviews (and was affordable) so I decided to check it out. He's had his corn for a week now, and surprisingly, it's still holding up pretty well - though there are some caveats to that. My boy didn't even want to wait for me to take his corn out of the plastic bag, he too excited to get it. He went to town immediately, to the point where he was sitting in a puddle of his own drool after about an hour. He managed to squeak it (which I couldn't do myself), but still hasn't really gotten the hang of doing so - and the squeaker, when wet, does sound a little... Well, wet. He managed to have bite marks in it within the first six hours. Within a day, there were tiny bits of yellow rubber starting to appear anywhere that he played with this toy. A week later and there are some decent sized chunks missing from the corn - some of which I've had to cut off when they got loose and I worried about him choking on them. He loves his corn cob, and will likely get at least a few more weeks of play out of it before I have to toss it for his safety. I'm unsure of whether the squeaker is still functional, but he seems to love it whether or not it squeaks. Overall, it's not a bad toy for most aggressive chewers, but it will not last forever. The rubber is as heavy as the regular red Kong toys, but it feels slightly softer, which might contribute to his ability to break off little pieces. Make sure you keep an eye on your dog with this toy, or with any other, especially if they are chew goblins. But I'd definitely buy this toy again.

Solid piece
Size: Yellow
Border Collie loves it. Great for aggressive chewers. Prefers this to the carrot or the pineapple one. Probably better for large dogs than my medium size dog as there is some heft to it.
