Offering the ultimate blend of power and precision useful in a variety of fisheries, the Daiwa Lexa TWS Baitcasting Reels mark the latest advancement in this iconic plus-sized baitcaster series. A staple in the big baitcaster market for years, the Lexa has always had a reputation for providing everything you could need in a heavy duty casting reel. The Lexa TWS includes all the great features anglers have come to love about the Lexa, and now features Daiwa's T-Wing System, a feature that has always been absent from previous iterations. Daiwa's signature T-Wing System reduces the constriction of line flow caused by traditional line guide/level wind systems by delivering a T-shaped line guide that is larger, wider, and less restrictive. TWS allows line to exit freely from the spool with minimal line angle and minimal friction, thereby reducing line noise and backlash, and delivering more accurate and longer casts. For next-level toughness and cranking power, these reels are equipped with a stainless steel pinion gear and high grade brass main gear, aluminum frame and side plate, and a swept power handle with a custom EVA knob for maximum torque. Whether you're slinging surface irons to West Coast Yellowtail, deep water bottom fishing, or big-bait fishing for freshwater giants, the Lexa TWS with T-Wing Levelwind is the perfect tool for the job.
