ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

This fifth installment in the series gathers thirty cases that Inspector Montalbano must solve, each of them revealing a different aspect of this peculiar detective.

His creator, Andrea Camilleri, is one of Italy's bestselling authors.

A Month with Montalbano is a good example of Camilleri's talent and the best way to submerge in the particular universe of its beloved hero, Inspector Salvo Montalbano, who lives in the fictional town of Vigàta, Sicily, where he tries to understand why things are the way they are. Salvo is a middle-aged man, melancholic and a bit fatalist, but above all gifted with ample verbal skills. Single, with a girlfriend in Genoa he seldom sees, he is an enthusiastic reader of Sciascia and Bufalino, appreciates good Sicilian cuisine, and enjoys the scrumptious dishes his old cook prepares for him.

This adventure encompasses a wide range of felonies. Premeditated, crimes of passion, financial, mob related, and political, committed by all kinds of individuals, young or old, men or women, ignorant or educated. Some happened at the beginning of his career, when Salvo still believed in the power of justice above all else. Others showcase how, sometimes, human intelligence isn't enough to understand the motive behind a crime--a fine irony and, amazingly, a great amount of compassion can be equally important to get to the truth.

Framed without a doubt in the tradition of great Sicilian narrative, Camilleri's writing is also a tribute to Sicily, to its people, men and women of few words, tough, stubborn, and at the same time passionate, in love with the land. They are the people of Vigàta, and Camilleri portrays them like only a pure Sicilian could.

Eucerin for the Win...Again!
I love this tinted sunscreen. It's so lightweight and blends in really well. Since it blends in, it is good for all shades of skin. It doesn't have a strong smell like a lot of other sunscreens have, so that is a huge bonus. So far I'm really loving it. I am definitely a Eucerin girly. I love all things Eucerin at this point.

A hydrating sunscreen but won’t provide the coverage
I’ve been using CeraVe sunscreen, so that’s my baseline. It’s thicker, slightly pigmented, and very hydrating.. Switching to Eucerin felt like moving from a cozy blanket to a light sheet. It’s definitely thinner and less pigmented, so at first it didn’t give me that same immediate glow or coverage I was used to. That said, on its own, it’s still a good sunscreen. It spreads easily, feels comfortable, and does the job without heaviness. After using it for a while, I’ve kind of settled into a rhythm: • If I want a bit of coverage and that hydrated, supple finish → I reach for CeraVe • If I just need straightforward sun protection → Eucerin works perfectly fine One small downside is the packaging. The pump is convenient, but toward the end, I can already tell there’ll be product left that’s hard to get out since you can’t really squeeze or open it easily. Overall, I’d say Eucerin is a solid, lightweight sunscreen. Just don’t expect that tinted, slightly “makeup-like” effect if you’re coming from something like CeraVe. It’s more of a quiet, reliable everyday option than a multitasking one.

Ok for sunscreen
Works fine as sunscreen. Did make me look a little red but might be a reaction as I have very sensitive skin. Didn't notice any color change so basically it's just sunscreen.

Great sunscreen that feels light on skin
Great sunscreen that matches my skin tone and is very light. Its not makeup and also doesn't leave any white sunscreen residue. I can have sensitive skin when it comes to sunscreen and this is very gentle on my skin. Highly recommend!
