HOW WE USE IT
If you are anything like us you have a capsule tray of goods you take on the regular. While we don't use this "daily" we do take this during periods of need and follow the "cycle" per Neurohacker Collective 's recommendation which states "Qualia Life is designed to be taken 5 days on and 2 days off each week. This maximizes the benefits while preventing desensitization. It does not matter if the “off-cycle” days are consecutive or apart, so long as they happen each week."
Per their recommendations we don't take this on an empty stomach. We like to take this with our breakfast. Note - drink at least 8 oz of water with the capsules and ensure that you are drinking a normal amount of water each day.
