Children are allowed to have to the freedom to guess and learn from their mistakes as tests are seen as opportunities to learn from student self-corrected mistakes, rather than a method of evaluation. By teaching words in word families, students will be learning and using vocabulary not normally learned until introduced in much later grades, giving them a head-start in much of their reading. Students learn to recognize patterns in words, allowing them to de-code and spell words they may have never encountered before.This teacher's guide features detailed teacher instructions, which are then followed by word lists to be used in the same format for the rest of the year. It also includes homophone & heteronyms lists, evaluation tests with fill -in-the-blank sentences and 60-day periodical written tests for parents who feel more comfortable with some grading system.
Level 7 teaches word families in eight-week blocks before moving on to the next; review is included throughout. Families covered include uce, ch, quet, ative, uction, cial and ough, building to families such as produce, schedule, chute, bouquet, imperative, production, commercial, plough and cough. Volume levels do not necessarily correspond with grade levels, and progressive in levels of difficulty. 71 pages, softcover.

Extremely durable but too large for our Aussie
Color: Bacon -Blue
This toy is very solid and seems like it would hold up well for aggressive chewers, but it ended up being too large and heavy for our Australian Shepherd. He had trouble comfortably holding it in his mouth and wasn’t very interested in chewing on it because of the size and weight.
The quality itself seems good, but I would recommend it more for larger dogs with bigger jaws that enjoy heavier chew toys.

Indestructible toy

This is a great toy. I have a husky pit bull mix puppy that can chew anything. I swear that dog can chew the varnish off a furniture. He cannot chew this up.I highly recommend

Beloved But Beware Microplastic Chip-Offs

My doodle adores this thing and gnaws on it constantly. He has not been able to harm it, which is great. That’s the best part. Things to be aware of:
1. This is mostly molded plastic; it is a bit heavy and very hard. My dog tosses it into the air and if it lands on him, it HURTS. A lot.
2. While it’s sturdy, sharp teeth eventually gnaw pieces and little shavings off the toy. These are microplastics and could be harmful if your dog swallows them.

Long lasting and safer alternative to sticks
Color: Dogwood & Calming, Size: Medium
These are great, very durable, and have lasted a very long time. Much safer for my dogs than the random sticks they find in the yard. They do get shorter with chewing eventually, but they don't break off in little chunks like I've seen with some nylon chews, and they don't splinter like wood. Medium size works well for both my 16 lb Cavalier and my 60 lb Pyrenees/Golden mix. They're both moderate-to-aggressive chewers, though size obviously affects how much damage they can do.
I wish you could buy the hemp chew separately because that one is very much a favorite in my house, so after 2 years and 2 purchases, I have barely any left of the remaining hemp chew, but still 2 of the dogwood chews that neither dog is as interested in anymore. I'd love to buy a couple more of just the hemp one.
