Each capsule is easy to swallow, and I like that they’re vegetable-based, non-GMO, and free of unnecessary additives. Unlike some fiber powders that can be gritty or hard to mix, the capsule form is super convenient—you just take them with a full glass of water, and there’s no taste or texture to deal with.

This is magic on earth.

These pills are actual magic. It’s not a placebo. I genuinely feel so much more calm and relaxed when I take one of these.
