Fresco e fruttato, il Nerello Mascalese “Bio Vegan” di Nicosia, nasce nella zona di produzione della Sicilia DOC, su sabbie vulcaniche collocate a circa 700 metri di altitudine. Dopo la raccolta manuale le uve, coltivate in agricoltura biologica, sono trasportate in cantina e vinificano in acciaio a temperatura controllata, per riposare qualche mese prima della commercializzazione. Rosso particolarmente piacevole e versatile nell’abbinamento con il cibo, è perfetto sia con piatti di terra che con la cucina vegetariana.
