В труде выдающегося ученого Дмитрия Андреевича Дриля (1846—1910) — рассмотрены впервые проблемы взаимосвязи биологических и социальных факторов преступности, описаны виды преступлений, его стороны, приготовления и меры наказаний, рассмотрена классификация преступных деяний, состав преступления, оборона, а также действия уголовного закона в разные времена и многое другое. Отдельно рассмотреты методы борьбы с преступностью, организационные преступления и прочее.
Д. Дриль в издании раскрывает и подчеркивает, что в расследовании преступлений необходимо использовать новейшие достижения естественных наук, чтобы опираться не только на абстрактные логические построения, но и подходить к преступнику, как к живому человеку, учитывать личностный фактор, в том числе наследственность, принимать во внимание влияние условий жизни, окружающей среды. Исследователь является решительным противником 'классической школы' уголовного права, считая, что преступность есть выражение врожденных и приобретенных аномалий в душевной организации и нервной системе преступника, которого следует больше лечить, чем карать. Собственно наказание, насилие над преступником — второстепенная задача, основной целью является его исправление. Broke within an hour of assembly.

This is of horrible quality. Within an hour of building, the feet support were broken on both ends, where they spin in place & do not stay straight to hold the divider up. Pieces of the plastic on the feet were broken simply from assembling the product.
The covers for the metal poles were the only reason I bought this divider instead of other similar products, however those only cover one side of the metal poles so they are still visible from the other side. Two of these covers were also torn & not useable within an hour of assembly, one was already partially ripped on arrival & the other one was ripped simply during assembly of the product.
I do not recommend this item & would have returned if I was still in the return window. I missed the return window because the product was bought during the holidays & I didn’t have time to mess with the return. I have not been able to use this product even once, the broken feet which do not stay in place make it very unstable & dangerous.

Shade for trees

Going to try to use these to shade my trees from the late afternoon sun. I just put them up so we will see how they do! I purposely bought the ones with curved feet since the flat feet wouldn’t have been sturdy on the rocks. Was easy to put together and they look nice. Debating the 6 pack so I can put two on each tree with the connectors.

Be Cooler About The Packaging and Instructions.

This packaging is TERRIBLE.
The "instructions" are TERRIBLE. They were just a single sheet with minimal info, SHOVED into the box randomly. Could've folded it flat and slid it in there. Both times I ordered this, I had this exact same experience.
Good thing I've put together tons of furniture and toys over the years.
I'm sure older people would have a hard time with assembling this.
At least it's light to move around without trouble, and blocks SOME light. Does not block the flood lights outside my building, which shine into my living room, but oh well.
