Oh yeah...and what's the deal with the hole in the middle? Combine this RAD Atom with their RAD Rod and you have a wickedly impressive all around tool. RAD says - "Insert one end of the RAD Rod into the center hole of the RAD Atom to transform this baller compression ball into a monster of cross-friction release. HOW WE USE IT
After our workouts, we like to make time (yes...this means you need to make time!!) to stretch and roll out the entire body. We usually try and roll out 3-4 times per week if your an athlete that runs tight. Start in very small amounts of time and work into a routine. Your body will thank you!
