They are very strong and can be left outdoors year round. The flower head features three layers of petals with a spattered yellow center. They are mounted on a 3 8 steel rod that can handle a weed eater running into it with no issues at all. These are heavy duty. I can make custom versions larger and smaller, or in different colors,
