Outfitted with a digital controller and temperature readout, the Migali C-PP44-D-HC Competitor Series® pizza prep table provides precise monitoring of cabinet conditions during service. Its standard-depth, 44-inch-wide design features a 19 1⁄2-inch cutting board across the front and a top rail that accommodates six third-size pans as deep as 4 inches. The rail includes insulated lids to maintain temperature retention and shield ingredients when not in use. Casters and shelving come pre-installed, enabling easy setup on delivery.
The Migali C-PP44-D-HC Competitor Series® pizza prep table includes two drawers and two shelves inside its 9.7-cubic-foot refrigerated base. Drawer compartments use stainless steel slides and nylon wheels for smooth opening and are designed with recessed handles and rounded edges for ergonomic, safe handling. The unit is built with a polished stainless steel interior and exterior and operates with a side-mounted, forced-air refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. For optimal cold storage performance, it maintains a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
