The Oltre 115mm (4.5") 5-Piece Wood Lathe Chuck Set, model CK-4.5Z, is a comprehensive kit designed for woodturning applications. This set includes a 4-jaw key chuck with an indexing plate, pre-mounted dovetail jaws (dovetail on both sides), step jaws, wide jaws, flat jaws, pin jaws, and an aluminium carry case. The chuck is compatible with lathe spindles featuring an M33x3.5 thread size.
If your lathe has a different spindle thread, such as 1" x 8 TPI, you can use a chuck adapter to ensure compatibility. For example, the Lathe Chuck Adaptor M33 x 3.5mm (Female) To 1" x 8 TPI (Male) by Oltre allows you to adapt the chuck to fit lathes with a 1" x 8 TPI spindle thread.
