Directions for use:
Adults: 1-3 tubes per day
Children: 1/2 tube per day (2-4 years old), 1 tube per day (4 years and older)
Dissolve in 200-300 ml of water, milk or fruit juice
Can be mixed with yogurt, cereal and used as food dye while cooking
