Chic MD Product Pearl:

Use the cooling applicator tip as a de-puffing tool under the eye before application.

Directions 

Dispense a half pump onto the cooling applicator and apply to both eyes.  Using the applicator, gently smooth the product under the eye and along the orbital bone.  Gently pat the excess product in with fingertips to ensure even and perfected coverage.  Refresh as needed.
