This saddle is built on a wooden rawhide covered tree and comes with a latigo, back flank, stirrups, back billits and offstrap. To order give us a call or email us and we will get started on one for you. We take Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We offer seat sizes 14" inch, 14.5" inch, 15" inch, 15.5" inch, 16" inch, 16.5 inch, 17" inch, and 18" inch in this saddle. On any saddle, we can add your brand, custom lettering, upgraded conchos, upgraded stirrups, etc. Trophy lettering is available for $50 as well on any saddle. Trophy lettering can be painted the color of your choice. Seat can be changed to a solid color suede seat of your choice.

Nothing but gristle!

This stuff tastes good, but it is nearly impossible to chew. Biltong is not supposed to be this tough. They must be using the cheapest meat they can get their hands on. It is loaded with gristle. You could chew it all day and never get it to break down.

This has to be the most amazing flavor I have had!!! Bought additional packs and sent to the family to enjoy as well. Also note that its very moist and not super dry like a lot of beef jerky. Whatever the process is, Brooklyn Biltong has it dialed in to perfection, well done!
