• Materials: Made from 3mm thick Acrylic Sheet, raised with a laser-cut acrylic design for a bold and dimensional effect.

• Technique: Laser Cut & UV Printing ensures high-quality and long-term durability. This method provides a superior alternative to vinyl stickers that may peel off over time.

• Main Sign Colours – We offer a wide range of acrylic colours, including solids, mirrors, clears, and frosts, allowing you to mix and match to suit your preferences, theme, or décor. Please refer to our colour chart photo to select the acrylic colour that best suits your needs. The display stand colour will match the front main sign's colour.

• Semi Arch Behind Sign Colours – Choose one colour from our extensive acrylic range. The card holder stand colour will match the arch behind sign's colour.

• Icon, QR Code Frame, and 3D Raised Text Colours – Select from a variety of acrylic colours, including solids, mirrors, clears, and frosts, giving you complete flexibility to customise your sign’s look.

• Printed Letter Colours – The default letter colour is WHITE for most acrylic colours (or BLACK for White Acrylic). If you prefer a specific colour, please mention it in the 'Artwork Instruction Box'.

• Dimensions: The Main Front Sign available in 2 size:
- Size A5: 148mm x 210mm ( 5.8" x 8.3" ) or
- Size A4: 210mm × 297mm ( 8.3" x 11.7" )

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the size for the Main Front Sign from the drop-down menu.
2. Choose your preferred acrylic colour for the Main Front Sign from the drop-down menu.
3. Upload your QR Code photo or your Logo (if available) in JPEG/PNG format, or send it to [email protected] after placing your order.
4. Specify your preferred Arch Behind Sign colour, Featured Raised Acrylic colour, and provide the exact order based on our provided Design Template Options. You can include additional instructions in parentheses ( ).

Note:
• Printed Letter’s colour can be white or any other colour; default is WHITE ink for most acrylic colours (or BLACK ink for White Acrylic). If you prefer a specific colour, please also request it in the 'Artwork Instruction Box'.

• Please note that the business logo is for printing only, not for 3D Raised text. If you would like the logo in 3D Raised format, please contact us in advance to confirm its suitability. An additional cost may apply.

• The default colour combination for this signage is Matte Black for the Main Sign, Gold Mirror for the Semi Arch Behind Sign, and Gold Mirror for the Featured 3D Raised Text/Icon. If you prefer a different combination, please specify your choices clearly!

• Please note that business cards are not included and are for illustrative purposes only!

The duration of production varies based on the chosen production process and the complexity involved. Please find below estimated turnaround times:

We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.

Our carriers estimate delivery times:

* Please be advised that the provided delivery estimates are general approximations, and the actual delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control. These factors include the load volumes of our shipping partners, deliveries to regional areas, and potential customs delays. While we make every effort to expedite the process, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from such circumstances.

* Additionally, delivery estimates are subject to change due to various variables.

* Express shipping specifically affects the speed of your order's delivery after we've processed it, relying on the efficiency of the postal service. It does not expedite the internal processing time needed to create your item, which is addressed by our Rush Order service option. Should you wish for a quicker processing time, a 25% fee on the order's value will be applied. This option is conveniently available during checkout.
