Important
Lash caps (P/N 00-4006-0) are required for all stainless steel valve applications — sold separately. 12mm long-reach spark plugs (NGK DCPR8E recommended) must be used in place of stock Bosch plugs. Verify rocker arm geometry and check for coil bind with dual springs.
Fitment
CONFIRMED: VW Type 1 dual-port high-performance / racing builds running 94mm bore with high-lift, high-RPM cams — 1914cc, 2110cc, 2276cc, 2332cc. Beetle, Bus, Karmann Ghia, Type 3, Thing. NOT CONFIRMED: stock 85.5mm or 90.5/92mm bore, single-port engines, Type 4 engines.

How much do they flow? Up to 210 CFM at .650" lift, out of the box.
How is this different from the 98-1434-B Stage 3? This 98-1437-B uses 44/37.5mm valves; the 98-1434-B is the 42/37.5mm version.
