Installation Guide: Step-by-Step

Note: This kit is an essential add-on when installing specific EMPI adjustable spring plates. Ensure your suspension is properly supported before loosening any bolts.

1. Preparation: Raise the vehicle and support the rear on jack stands. Remove the rear wheels to access the torsion housing.

2. Disassembly: Remove the four bolts securing your spring plate cover. Pull the cover back to expose the adjustable spring plate.

3. Inspect Bushings: Ensure your inner and outer torsion bushings are correctly seated. This is the best time to replace them if they show signs of wear.

4. Spacer Placement: Slide the 5mm laser-cut spacer over the torsion tube flange. The holes should align perfectly with the four mounting points.
