This Mishimoto High-Temperature Thermostat and CNC Housing is a direct-fit replacement designed to bring that control back in a simple, reliable way.
It uses a thermostat that opens at 200°F compared to the factory 192°F setup, which means coolant stays restricted a bit longer during cold starts. In real driving, that translates to quicker engine warm-up and more stable operating temps in colder weather. The included CNC-machined 6061 aluminum housing replaces the factory unit with something far more durable, giving you a solid seal that won’t corrode or break down over time. Everything is designed to fit just like stock, so installation is straightforward with no modifications needed.
The kit includes the Mishimoto thermostat, aluminum housing, and a rubber O-ring so you have everything needed for installation. Once installed, you’re left with a more dependable cooling setup that helps your engine run the way it should day to day!
