Frantic bankers secure an arrest warrant for the clever blacksmith who worked on the vault doors, a young Scot who crossed the ocean like thousands of others on America’s promise of liberty and opportunity. Bankers know him to be innocent but lock him up anyway, then leave him to die in their fever-ridden jail. An incredible true tale of history about the first big bank robbery in America. The pepper grinder looks nice and initially functioned well as expected. However, as at least 9 other reviewers have noted experiencing, within 2 weeks of purchase and after very minimal usage, the black retaining ring around the grinder cone & adjustment knob just fell out when I was using the grinder, which was disappointing and indicative of poor design or construction for this part. After some research & experimentation, I was able to pop the ring back into place using needle-nose pliers (you just need something hard and narrow to push and flex the ring a bit, not necessarily pliers). I'm hoping that this is not a harbinger of other problems to come. Otherwise it's a nice grinder.
