The PowerPack Pro is compatible with all MagSafe compatible devices and cases. If your device is Qi wireless compatible and not MagSafe compatible you must order a SnapMag case for full compatibility.
It is also compatible with all Apple AirPods models, Samsung Buds and Pixel Buds.

How fast does the PowerPack Pro charge my device?
The PowerPack Pro can charge your device from 0-50% in less than 20 minutes. This number will be dependant on your phone model.
How many devices can I charge at once?
The PowerPack Pro has enough power to charge up to 2 devices at the same time. It is one of our most versatile power banks yet.
How does the MagSafe-compatible feature work?
The PowerPack Pro features a MagSafe charging area on the front of the charger. All you have to do is snap on your MagSafe compatible device to begin wirelessly charging. If you do not have a MagSafe compatible device you will need to purchase one of our SnapMag cases.
