6g Citrulline. AlphaSize® Focus. Transparent Performance Formula.

Bucked Up Non-Stim is all about boosting your workout performance with pumps, endurance, and quality sessions, without slamming your nervous system super hard. The main idea is simple: start with a solid 6,000mg of citrulline malate, add beta-alanine for buffering that acid buildup, throw in a good dose of AlphaSize® for focus, and finish with electrolytes and branded helpers for absorption and performance. Quick heads up: the label we checked shows 200mg caffeine anhydrous, even though it's called 'Non-Stim / Caffeine Free.' We're going off the verified info here, so that's how we're breaking it down.

The big winner is citrulline malate at 6,000mg. With a usual 2:1 mix, that's about 4,000mg L-citrulline and 2,000mg malic acid. Your body turns citrulline into arginine better than taking arginine straight, which ramps up nitric oxide for wider blood vessels, better flow, nutrient delivery, and that full, pumped feeling during lifts. 6 grams is a real dose that matches what studies use for better blood flow and workout results.

Beta-alanine comes in at 2,000mg. It helps make carnosine, which is like a sponge for the acid that builds up in muscles during tough efforts. This shines in high-intensity stuff lasting 1-10 minutes, like repeat sets or dense training where the burn hits hard. Studies back beta-alanine big time, but honestly, 2,000mg is under the common 3,200–6,400mg daily range. It helps build up carnosine over time, but it's not a full daily hit on its own.

AlphaSize® at 200mg provides alpha-GPC,

Bucked Up Non-Stim by Bucked Up contains 100mcg Vitamin B12, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg Citrulline Malate — this is the heart of the mix and why it's worth grabbing. At this level, it hits the sweet spot for pre-workout boosts, cranking nitric oxide, opening up blood flow, and giving you that full, strong lift feel that weak pump products just can't match.
  • Fully disclosed label with no proprietary blend — you see every ingredient and dose right there, so you can compare it to what the research says. In a world of hidden blends, this honesty lets you spot real value instead of hype.
  • 2,000mg Beta-Alanine — not a full daily clinical dose, but still adds solid support to building carnosine. It's one of the best-proven ingredients for sports nutrition, helping buffer acid in muscles during repeat hard sets, circuits, or high-volume days.
  • 200mg AlphaSize® — this branded alpha-GPC helps make acetylcholine for sharper focus during lifts. It ups your game on mind-muscle connection and staying engaged, without just blasting you with stimulants.
  • AstraGin® included for nutrient transport support — this branded add-on boosts gut transporters for better amino acid and nutrient uptake. The 25mg is a bit under the usual 50mg, but it shows they're thinking about more than just the big names.
  • ActiGin-style performance support at 25mg — it's there to help with endurance and work capacity. Not the main draw, but it fits the training vibe of the formula.
  • 100mg methylcobalamin vitamin B12 — this is the good, bioactive form of B12, not the cheap stuff you see everywhere. It won't make you feel the pre-workout buzz, but it supports energy processes and matches the performance angle better in this form.
  • 100mg Himalayan rock salt — a small nod to hydration with trace minerals and sodium. It's not a full electrolyte setup, but it helps with pumps and muscle function by keeping fluids in check.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders and pump chasers who rate pre-workouts on how pumped they get, session flow, and feeling the muscle work, not just nervous system hype. The 6,000mg citrulline malate drives that blood flow, making high-volume lifts feel stronger set after set.
  • Everyday lifters hitting 4–6 days a week who want one pre that works for all sessions without being too intense. It gives real citrulline support plus AlphaSize® focus, skipping the heavy stims that burn you out over time.
  • Late-day gym folks wanting a boost but cutting back on stims. The name says stim-free, but our label has 200mg caffeine, so check yours; even so, it's milder than 300mg+ options.
  • Athletes in intervals, circuits, sled pushes, or supersets where muscle burn piles up fast. Beta-alanine builds carnosine to buffer that, helping when acid limits you before the muscle's tapped.
  • Folks who want open labels and know exactly what's in there. No blends mean you can judge each dose yourself, not guess if the good stuff is really dosed right.
  • Lifters adding their own creatine, electrolytes, or pumps. The clean, non-overloaded formula makes it simple to customize for your goals like strength or max flow.

How to Use

Mix one scoop in 10–16 ounces of cold water and drink 20–30 minutes before lifting. That gives citrulline malate, AlphaSize®, and any caffeine time to boost blood flow, alertness, and focus by your working sets. If you're sensitive to stims or not sure about the 200mg caffeine in our label, try half first. Use a shaker—it dissolves better than stirring. Take it away from big meals; a light one 60–90 minutes before is better than going in full. Don't add extra caffeine stuff unless you're watching your total. Pair with daily creatine and electrolytes for sweaty sessions. No need to cycle citrulline or beta-alanine, but if caffeine's there, take breaks to keep it fresh. Store sealed in a cool, dry spot to keep it fresh.

What to Expect

Minutes 0–10: right after mixing and drinking, not much happens besides feeling hydrated, maybe a light beta-alanine tingle for some. Minutes 10–20: if your tub has the 200mg caffeine like our info, you start feeling more alert, and AlphaSize® gets you in that gym mindset. Minutes 20–40: this is prime time, with citrulline bringing the fullness, better flow, and a solid rhythm in your main sets. Minutes 40–90: the workout stays even, not super spiky like heavy-stim stuff. Days 1–7: you notice pumps and session feel right away, but beta-alanine needs more time. Weeks 2–4: steady use builds buffering, so tough training feels a tad easier, though 2,000mg loads slower than 3.2g+ doses.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Bucked Up Non-Stim actually caffeine free?

The product identity says Non-Stim / Caffeine Free, but the verified formula supplied for this page lists 200mg caffeine anhydrous per serving. Because that is a direct contradiction, the right answer is to verify the current tub label before use. If your unit matches the supplied panel, it is not caffeine free.

How much citrulline malate is in Bucked Up Non-Stim?

Each serving provides 6,000mg citrulline malate. In a typical 2:1 citrulline malate ratio, that equates to roughly 4,000mg L-citrulline and 2,000mg malic acid, which is a meaningful pre-workout dose for pump, blood flow, and training feel.

Is the beta-alanine dose high enough to be effective?

The formula provides 2,000mg beta-alanine per serving. That is below the most studied daily range of 3,200–6,400mg, so one serving alone is not a full clinical daily dose, but it still contributes toward carnosine loading over time.

What does AlphaSize® do in this formula?

AlphaSize® is a trademarked alpha-GPC ingredient included at 200mg. Alpha-GPC is a choline donor that supports acetylcholine production, which is relevant for focus, training engagement, and mind-muscle connection during lifting sessions.

Will this give me a pump or is it mostly energy?

The pump side is the strongest part of the formula because the 6,000mg citrulline malate dose is the most clinically meaningful inclusion on the panel. If your version also contains the listed 200mg caffeine, you should feel both improved workout readiness and blood-flow support, but citrulline is still the main performance driver.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Yes. In fact, this formula is especially easy to stack with creatine monohydrate because it does not already include a full creatine dose. Creatine supports phosphocreatine replenishment and ATP output, which complements citrulline’s blood-flow role and beta-alanine’s buffering role.

Why is taurine included at only 100mg?

Taurine supports cellular hydration, calcium handling, and neuromuscular function, but 100mg is well below the 1,000–3,000mg range commonly used in research. It is best viewed as a minor support inclusion here rather than a primary ergogenic dose.

Do I need to cycle Bucked Up Non-Stim?

Citrulline and beta-alanine do not require cycling. If your version contains the listed 200mg caffeine, periodic stimulant breaks can still be useful to maintain sensitivity and prevent your daily baseline from creeping upward.

Is Bucked Up Non-Stim good for evening workouts?

That depends entirely on whether your current tub truly contains no caffeine or matches the supplied panel listing 200mg caffeine anhydrous. If caffeine is present, many users will want to avoid taking it too close to bedtime; if it is truly caffeine free, it is much better suited to late-day training.

Is this formula fully transparent?

Yes. The formula is disclosed without a proprietary blend, so each active ingredient and its dose can be evaluated directly. That is a real advantage in pre-workouts, where many labels still hide meaningful details behind blend names.

this book set my soul ablaze! <3
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
"i had never really cared about the weather before, but now, clear skies meant everything to me, and i was grateful to see another calm morning." this book. this book! i loved the last storm so much. the writing style. the descriptions. the world-building. the characters. the plot twists. the tropes. the sexual tension. the—everything. everything was magic. the last storm follows our two main characters, ara and rogue, giving us dual POV from both characters (which i loved, btw). ara, a human girl who has been locked away in her father’s estate most of her life, just wants to see the world. all she dreams of is seeing what else is out there. but when her father announces her engagement, she knows that dream will become nothing more than just that—a dream. rogue, the fae king, is tired of the attacks being rained down on his people. in hopes of finding out the human king adon’s secrets, rogue infiltrates auryna’s borders. in his last resort to gain information, he visits the local pub. to his surprise, the general’s precious only child is sitting at the bar, drink round after round of mead. now he just needs to figure out how to take her without anyone noticing. first and foremost, let’s talk about the endless list of my favorite tropes and aspects that this book had. ›› enemies to lovers ›› fated mates ›› one bed ›› the chosen one ›› elemental magic ›› actually good and shocking plot twists!!! ›› badass female lead ›› morally-grey love interest ›› fae/human war ›› force proximity ›› touch her and die ›› who did this to you? ›› captor/captive ›› praise k!nk (panting profusely) “you are entirely the opposite of everything that i am, and i would gladly wear your shackles if it meant i could have you.” it’s been a long while since i read a book i liked this much. but i just loved this book. it set my soul ablaze. thank you to the author for writing this beautiful story and for blessing me with an eARC! i loved it so much that i immediately bought the paperback upon release! every aspect of this book was just beautiful. i was blown away by the way the world was described, the way feelings were portrayed, the way the elements were used in the fae’s magic. it just—AHHH! i just absolutely adored it all. i cannot wait for the second book to release next year! also the way he calls her “little storm” sets my heart on fire. this was a fast-paced read and if you are a lover of acotar, fbaa, deal with the elf king, or any other similar books, then please stop everything you’re doing and read this book right now. you won’t regret it. thank you again, jd linton, for giving me the privilege of reading your arc and for blessing this world with the world you created. <3 "something about him pulled me in, like a moth to a flame, and it felt as if i was just waiting for the inevitable burn that came with flying too close to the fire."

Fun, both heartwarming and heartbreaking
Format: Kindle
Only my second first person written selection, I am still getting used to that aspect, but unlike my first, I enjoyed that the story was told through both MCs. A great enemies to lovers, forced proximity, fated love etc, that resonated to me. There were some small twists that I could see coming, but also a few that I didn’t quite see until the characters were also seeing. Personally, I am more interested in the story than the spice, but with that said, it was well seasoned! I am kind of new to the spice world so I can’t say for sure how this would rate, but it definitely had some heat. I am very glad I happened across this author, and I do plan on also reading the next book….if nothing else, just to see for myself the “transformation” of the characters I’ve grown to love!

😍😍 BEST DEBUT NOVEL EVER
Format: Paperback
I’m having trouble finding accurate words to describe the way this book made me feel, but I am going to do my best. To start off with basic elements, the character and world building are phenomenal. I feel a strong bond to not only the two main characters, Ara and Rogue, but to each and every character introduced throughout the book. The author did a stellar job of giving each of them unique personhood. All of the scenes are beautifully described. So much so that throughout the entirety of the book, I could see every scene: the towns, the castles, the meadows, the landscape. I have had difficulty with this and with distinguishing between outlying characters while reading in the past, but I did not have to think to remember details of world or character building because they flowed naturally within the story and were described well. I have read book series before that made me want to be a part of that world, but I actually felt like I got to step into Auryna and Ravaryn! The plot twists!! Although this is not a suspense novel, it still had me on a rollercoaster of emotions and on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. I haven’t cried actual tears over a book since I was in high school (and I’ve read a LOT). This book finally broke the floodgates in the final few chapters. Multiple times. And we love a good cliffhanger. It truly made me FEEL. THE SPICE is a solid 3.5/5. Some of the scenes had me flushed, some had me taking notes, some just had my jaw slack and my mouth hanging open. Bravo, JD Linton, bravo. The relationships: friendships, family, romantic, ALL of the relationships in this book have so much meaning. The author does a great job at making you feel the love, the anger, the peace, the frustrations, the safety, the familiarity, etc. between the characters. Ara and Rogue. I can not say enough and I also do not want to say too much. Just know that I feel like I know them both, to their core. I know what their childhood looks likes, their darkest moments, their biggest fears, their dreams and passions, what they want in life… The POV switches were seamless. I am so happy this author decided to let us see from both sets of eyes. I can not wait for book two after that cliffhanger. And there is SO much potential for at least one prequel, I can’t wait to see where this author goes! I hope this series continues and flourishes. Fingers crossed!

Amazing!
Format: Kindle, Format: Kindle
This book was phenomenal, I devoured it within a few days! For this being a debut novel, it is fantastic and I would’ve thought the author was a seasoned author. I have zero complaints about this book. Let me start by saying that the world building was phenomenal. I could picture everything in my head because of how detailed it was — that’s how good it was written. And I absolutely love the “captive/captor” trope so much, it’s become one of my favorite tropes, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that this book had that. I loved the banter between Rogue and Ara — they’re both snarky and witty, plus with the romantic tension, it made the dialogue that much better. Speaking of romantic tension, yes there is spice but not so much of it that it overrides the plot, which I loved. For me, this would probably be on the 3/5 level of spice. This book had a ton of plot twists and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

High on Tropes and Satisfaction
Format: Kindle
This is a great Romantasy book full of action, adventure, and everything you look for in this genre. I won’t lie: it does kinda feel like the author found every common trope from every successful book of this kind and threw them all into this novel. But if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Especially in romance, there’s a large audience who has specific expectations, and they want them every time. Nothing wrong with that and many times I’m one of them. I have no idea what defines a spoiler honestly, so spoiler alert!!!!!!! Tropes include: Only one bed at the inn/bar Dissatisfaction with life before hunk appears Lost royalty The chosen one Montage of dress up time followed by shocked hunk Forbidden romance between two from rival peoples Power that cannot be controlled, simply guided/asked Gathering intel at the inn/bar FMC who knows how to fight/use weapons well There’s probably more but no need to list them all. Good story and I would recommend!
