Rubino intenso alla vista, il timbro olfattivo è piacevolmente floreale e fruttato. In assaggio ha corpo ma anche notevole bevibilità, favorita dai tannini perfettamente integrati nel volume dell’assaggio.

Il vigneto di proprietà di CasalFarneto da cui provengono le uve è posto nell’entroterra collinare delle Marche in provincia di Ancona. Questo Rosso Piceno DOC “Beverocco” 2017 è prodotto a partire da una macerazione sulle bucce per 10-12 giorni, seguita da una fase di fermentazione termocontrollata. Successivamente affina per circa 6/8 mesi in acciaio ed altri 4 in bottiglia. Un rosso che unisce forza ed eleganza, piacevole al sorso.

Un rosso duttile che predilige i piatti della cucina di terra, in particolare le ricette a base di carne rossa.
