A toner lotion enriched with nine amino acids to hydrate and soften the stratum corneum, or outermost layer of the skin. This toner contains two amino acids called Lysine HCL and Carnosine which boosts its effects. Lysine HCL can transport water through skin layers, form collage and reinforce anti-aging skincare ingredients. Carnosine is an antioxidant, keeping free radicals out of the skin and preventing sagging by improving antioxidant and photo-aging protective activity.

HOW TO USE: Apply to a cleansed and dry face. Pour a nickel sized amount in the palm of your hand, rub hands together and press toner into the skin, patting gently to dry. Let this fully soak into your skin before applying a strengthening step.
