This tow ball is rated for 7,500 pounds gross trailer weight. It has a 2-inch diameter ball to couple to a 2-inch trailer coupler. The stem of this hitch ball is 1 inch in diameter and 2-1/8 inches long. It provides an excellent complement to most class 3 and class 4 hitches. The shank is constructed with fine threads for enhanced torqueing and holding strength. This 2-inch trailer hitch ball is made from high-strength steel and covered in a chrome finish for corrosion resistance. It is also thoroughly tested according to VESC specifications for safety.
