Le longboard accessible et maniable

Le Longboard 9'0 est le longboard polyvalent de la gamme Dolce. Avec ses 74.55L de volume et ses 9 pieds de long, il offre stabilité, glisse et accessibilité. Shapé par Johnny Cabianca, ce longboard est idéal pour les surfeurs et surfeuses de tous niveaux qui veulent attraper un maximum de vagues. Construction EVA Epoxy avec stringers bois : la solidité d'un softboard qui concurrence les planches dures.

Le format 9'0 offre un excellent équilibre entre longueur et maniabilité. Plus maniable que le 9'4, le Longboard 9'0 reste tranquille et stable dans les manœuvres. Le square tail donne du contrôle et de la stabilité. Avec ses 23 pouces de large, il offre une plateforme stable pour le take-off, les longues courbes et le noseriding.

Le setup 2+1 (central fin + 2 stabilizers) combine le drive et la glisse d'un single fin avec le contrôle des stabilizers. Contrairement à un thruster ou quad qui favorise les virages courts et nerveux, le 2+1 privilégie les trajectoires fluides et le style. Le Longboard 9'0, c'est la planche pour attraper toutes les vagues et progresser avec plaisir.

Pourquoi choisir un Longboard ?

Le longboard (9'0 et plus) est le format ultime pour attraper des vagues. Plus long qu'un mini-mal, il offre une stabilité maximale, une glisse exceptionnelle et un paddle power incomparable. Le longboard permet de surfer dans des conditions où les autres formats galèrent : petites vagues molles, houle faible, sessions où personne ne prend rien.

La différence entre un longboard et un mini-mal ? Le longboard privilégie la glisse pure, la stabilité maximale et le style classique. Le mini-mal (7'0-7'10) reste plus maniable et plus facile à transporter, mais le longboard offre plus de facilité à la rame et une meilleure capacité à attraper les vagues tôt.

Le longboard, c'est aussi le format parfait pour apprendre les bases du surf : placement sur la vague, lecture des séries, take-off anticipé. Une fois que tu maîtrises le longboard, passer à d'autres formats devient beaucoup plus facile.

GAMME DOLCE

Shapes Cabianca, construction EVA Epoxy

La gamme Dolce résulte de la collaboration entre Zeus et Johnny Cabianca, shaper des planches de Gabriel Medina. Six modèles pensés pour concurrencer les planches dures (Torq, NSP, etc.) tout en conservant la solidité et la sécurité d'une construction EVA. Des planches performantes et faciles, destinées aux surfeurs et surfeuses en progression.

Un Egg polyvalent (Pill 6'6), trois mini-mals évolutifs (Minimal 7'0, 7'6, 7'10), et deux longboards accessibles (9'0 et 9'4). Tous les modèles partagent la même construction Epoxy EVA avec 2 stringers bois, rails renforcés, et fibre de verre 4oz + 6oz. Setup 2+1 (central fin + stabilizers) pour privilégier le drive, la glisse et le style.

La gamme Dolce vise les surfeurs et surfeuses de niveau 1.1 à 3.2 (débutant·e total·e à très avancé·e). The warming button is so easy to touch /come on that several times on my desk, it has come on without me realizing it from paper hitting it, a pen rolled against it or simply moving it over and it is on highest setting when it comes on so I have burned my fingers now twice. I just always double and triple check it isn’t on.

Powerful Mug Warmer with Excellent Heat Output and Large Heating Surface

CAUTION: Unplug when not using. It is very easy to activate or turn on by mistake. Simply brushing up next to it will turn it on. Nonetheless, I use this SWEETFULL coffee mug warmer every morning and afternoon. It’s usually one of the first things I turn on so I can preheat my latte cup before pulling espresso. I like my lattes very hot, and preheating the cup helps prevent heat loss during extraction. I also use it as a candle warmer as an alternative to open flame, which I prefer for indoor air quality. The heat output is impressive. Even on the lowest setting, it gets very hot and reaches usable temperature quickly. The large heating surface is a major advantage. My latte and cappuccino cups have a wide mouth, and this warmer heats the entire base evenly rather than just the center, which makes a noticeable difference in temperature retention. Warm-up time is reasonable, though slightly faster heating would make it even better, especially during busy mornings when I’m trying to get out the door. That said, it’s not slow enough to be a real drawback, and once it’s hot, it performs consistently. Overall, this is a strong performer that does exactly what it’s designed to do. It’s a great option for coffee lovers who want hotter drinks for longer, and for candle users who prefer a flame-free, cleaner alternative inside the home.

Best mug warmer I have tried

I am retired and use my mug warmer pretty much all day. I normally start my day with a cup of coffee and then switch to tea the rest of the day. Even when I work on projects around the house or leave to run errands, there is a cup of something on the warmer. So there is basically a mug on the warmer from 7 am until midnight making a good quality mug warmer a necessity. I have tried two other mug warmers and with mixed results. The others I tried both turned on automatically activated by the weight of the mug which I did like. However, there we a few times when I left a mug on the warmer overnight so that design has it's flaws, and now that I have tried it, I prefer the four hour auto shut off feature of this model. I also like the three temperatures settings....a lot. The high temp setting (and it's hot) comes in real handy when you need to reheat a mug's contents after it shuts off when left unattended. I also use it when I make instant oatmeal in a ceramic bowl that has a thick bottom and it keeps the contents hot. Plus the middle and low end settings are nice so you can change the temperature of the contents to suit your mood. One design feature I have really come to appreciate is the no slip bottom. This mug warmer stays put and does not slide around on the table top. A real nice feature if you have furniture made from wood or other finish that might otherwise get scratched. The soft touch switch on this mug warmer blends in with the wood design of the model I have which does make it a bit harder to see, especially in low light settings. However, it is directly opposite the power cord so I have gotten use to locating it by feel and activating it by a swipe of one finger....it's pretty cool once you get used to it. Plus the indicator light is easy to see and know what setting the warmer is on. After having used this mug warmer for a while now I have really come to appreciate the quality and features this unit has for the price. The others I tried were as much as $10 more and not nearly as nice...and obviously did not last very long. One thing worth pointing out is the hot setting is very hot. If you have small toddlers in the house who use things to help them stand up and balance, this might not be the best model to choose. But that is the only real negative I can think of really. In my opinion, and this is all about that, this is a great mug warmer at any price point and I can recommend it without hesitation.
