This repair patch enhance the reliability and restores your servo motors by replacing their defective conductive tracks. 🔧 Technical Explanation

Porsche 911 964 and 993 models are equipped with five flaps that regulate the flow of hot and cold air in the cabin, each controlled by a servo motor.

Its rotation is limited by a system of brushes rubbing against conductive tracks, through which the motor’s power current flows.

Repeated friction, combined with the poor conductivity of the tracks and the high current passing through them, generates heat and accelerated wear until they eventually fail to conduct electricity, which locks the servo-motor into place. 

This corrective patch covers the original tracks with new, perfectly conductive tracks, fully restoring their operation.

📦 Available Options:

Check the marking on your servo motor’s casing to choose between the 60° or 130° version. You can also opt for complete kits, which allows you to repair all five servo motors.

The 964 kit consists of 3x 130° and 2x 60° patchs, while the 993 kit has one 130° and 4x 60° patchs.
