The hydraulic ram produces 15 tons of force to remove and install the bushing. The "Rear Suspension Master Bushing Tool Set" will save an average of 45 minutes per bushing in repair time when removing and installing the bushings on "Freightliner FAS II Airliner and Neway AD Series Truck and Tractor Rear Suspensions". This process is normally billed at a flat rate of 1.5 hours per bushing (or 6.0 hours for all 4 bushings on a tractor) using traditional 'heat and beat' methods. Eliminates the possibility of damaging other components when trying to "beat" the bushing in and out with a mall. "Rear Suspension Master Bushing Tool Set" includes air pump and hose assembly.
