The Gi.Metal Azzurra Line perforated rectangular pizza peel is a professional tool designed to ensure lightness, strength, and handling in every baking phase.
The neutral anodized aluminum head features a smooth, oxidation-resistant surface, while the strategic perforations reduce friction and allow excess flour to fall away, preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza and burning during baking.
The blue anodized aluminum handle , available in multiple lengths (including the 36 cm version ), is made with an oval tubular structure to provide greater stability and control during movement.
