La resa per ettaro è molto bassa e dopo la pressatura è avviata la fermentazione in acciaio. Successivamente il vino è posto a maturare in barriques. Il sole e i profumi della Sardegna si esprimono ai massimi livelli in questo rosso dalla sincera aderenza territoriale.
Da abbinare a primi e secondi della cucina di terra, è perfetto con carni rosse alla griglia e selvaggina.
