Each Chappy Wrap features hand-sewn, stitched edges, with meticulous care taken to finish every blanket. Crafted from a premium blend of 58% cotton, 35% acrylic, and 7% polyester, ensuring an extra-soft feel that endures repeated washings. Their unique Jacquard weaving technique, where individual yarns are twisted and fed into looms, keeps the cotton next to the skin, while the fill fiber spun within the yarns enhances durability and prevents breakage. The napping process, performed 8 to 16 times, lifts the fibers, resulting in a softer and fuller blanket.
