Before being crushed into a powder and encapsulated into vegetarian capsules, the sea kelp is shredded, dried, and sieved. These capsules are entirely composed of organic dried sea kelp and include no fillers or bulking agents of any type.
KIKI Health's Organic Sea Kelp contains a high concentration of the mineral iodine, which helps to maintain normal cognition, thyroid hormones, and thyroid function, as well as normal skin.
Directions
Adults intake: Take one (1) capsule per day with a glass (250ml) of water, preferably with food.
