These weatherproof connectors are used on sensors, light bars, head lights, electric windows and most under the bonnet applications.

By crimping the green seal onto the non-insulated terminal and cable then clicking the terminal into the housing this then creates the seal.

For the perfect crimp our Laser Part No. 7248 needs to be used. The ratchet crimp has unique wide stepped jaws which unlike other tools crimps the terminal and seal without crushing the terminal out of shape. Not only does the tool crimp the large lugs around the seal and cable but it crimps the two smaller lugs around the cable to give a tidy professional crimp.
