Le uve vengono raccolte esclusivamente a mano; dopo la fermentazione in

In bocca è strutturato, dal tannino equilibrato, con echi fruttati e fondo salino.Realizzato con metodi artigianali nel rispetto del disciplinare biologico, il rosso Pollino di Giuseppe Calabrese è ottenuto da uve magliocco, un vitigno autoctono della Calabria. Le uve vengono raccolte esclusivamente a mano; dopo la fermentazione in acciaio, affina per circa 15 mesi in bottiglia. Perfetta e genuina espressione del territorio, è un vino dai sentori intensi e decisi, dall'ottimo equilibrio, con echi quasi salmastri sul finale.
Ottimo per accompagnare un pasto tradizionale a base di primi con sughi a base di carne; si abbina anche con salumi e carni in umido.
