Each item is handmade by the most experienced craftsmen using the traditional greek techniques to ensure elegance and durability.
Genuine leather can present small imperfections and variations of colour due to the nature of the material. That adds uniqueness on every item.
Leather is a flexible, breathable material.
Note that natural leather darkens with time.

CANCELLATIONS-RETURNS & REFUNDS

: If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order (wrong fitting, colours, etc), please contact me directly and i will do my best to find a solution and meet your expectations. You have the right to return the goods within 14 days from their reception and exchange the product or receive a refund by informing me first in writing. Products should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once i receive your order back, i will refund you within 14 days, after controlling their condition. The cost of shipping of the returned items and the cost of shipping of the initial order are not refundable and will be at your charge.

If for any reason, i have sent out a wrong product (size, colour, defaulted item etc), please be kind and patient. I will refund you or exchange your order, and the shipping costs for your return or exchange will be at my charge. I do everything possible to keep you satisfied with your order and i very carefully control every order before dispatchment but i can recognise every mistake that might occur on my responsibility.
For returning any order, please use a national registered mail postal method in order to avoid customs.
