Nel bicchiere ha un colore che richiama il porpora. Al naso emergono chiaramente profumi di frutti di bosco maturi, alternati a sentori più legnosi e speziati. In bocca è ricco, di medio corpo, molto avvolgente grazie ad un’acidità rinfrescante. Mediamente persistente sul finale.Alcuni filari di cipressi secolari svettano sulle cime delle colline da cui ha origine questa barbera, che dal 2014 può fregiarsi della “super” denominazione Nizza. Fresca ed elegante, offre una bella facilità di beva, senza però mai nascondere il suo carattere deciso. Le uve fermentano per 10-12 giorni ad una temperatura ricompresa fra i 27 e i 30 gradi, per poi maturare un anno in botte grande e in bottiglia per ulteriori 9-10 mesi. “Cipressi” è un vino con cui l’azienda Michele Chiarlo desidera esprimere i caratteri classici del vitigno barbera: a giudicare dal risultato, l’obiettivo è stato raggiunto con grande abilità.
Si beve tranquillamente a tutto pasto, in accompagnamento a primi e secondi piatti a base di carne. Ottimo con gli agnolotti al ragù di coniglio.

Great looking shoe!

We got these sandals specifically for our Caribbean vacation over thanksgiving break. They run true to size but I did get them one size bigger to hopefully last for next summer as well. They look great on and go with everything! My son said they feel very comfortable on his feet and he likes easy on/off due to Velcro closure.

The Perfect Sandal for Active Kids!
