Paglierino al calice, con leggeri bagliori verdognoli. I sentori olfattivi varietali, erbacei e fruttati, si combinano alla perfezione andando a creare un bouquet composto da pesca, albicocca, susina gialla, salvia e basilico. Completano il naso richiami minerali e ammandorlati. Voluttuoso il sorso, brillante nella componente acida, saporito e lungo nella persistenza.

Fermenta in vasche di acciaio inox, dove poi matura per otto mesi riposando sui lieviti. Questo Collio Sauvignon DOC, etichettato Schiopetto, nasce da uve di sauvignon blanc vinificate in purezza, ed esprime eleganti toni varietali di certo non comuni a tutti i Sauvignon.
