La camerise est  un fruit nordique émergent qui chaque année fait de nouveaux adeptes. Il a l’apparence d’un bleuet allongé et son goût rappelle le cassis, la prune et parfois la rhubarbe. Le sirop de camerises en envoûtant, festif et fait un malheur dans les cocktails et les desserts!

Une nouvelle saveur de sirop artisanal

La camerise est encore peu connue, mais déjà nous en sommes fous! Tellement qu’après avoir lancé une confiture avec ce fruit délicieux, nous avons décidé d’en faire un sirop pour profiter de son exquise saveur jusque dans nos boissons!

Nos sirops sont fabriqués à la main avec un minimum d’ingrédients et beaucoup beaucoup d’attention. Bien qu’elle ne soit pas un fruit sauvage, la camerise est une culture nordique émergente qui reflète bien notre territoire. Nous sommes heureux de faire connaître ce fruit savoureux, sain et accessible!

 


De la nouveauté en cuisine!

Le sirop de camerises fait un malheur avec les desserts et dans les cocktails, avec ou sans alcool. N’hésitez pas à l’utiliser en petites quantités dans les vinaigrettes aussi!

Spritz à la camerise

  • 20 ml de vodka
  • 25 ml de sirop de camerises
  • 100 ml de Prosecco
  • Tranches de prunes pour décorer

Dans un verre rempli de glaçons, verser la vodka, le sirop de camerises et allonger avec le Prosecco. Mélanger à l’aide d’une cuillère et ajouter quelques tranches de prunes dans le verre. Servir.
