Beschrijving: Sappig, kruidig, fijne tannine, wilde bloemen, fris, licht, goede zuurstructuur.

Lekker bij: Makkelijk inzetbaar, vooral bij voorgerechten met bijvoorbeeld rood vlees, vitello tonato, steak tartaar.

Leuk weetje: Deze Dolcetto d'Alba wordt geproduceerd uit de assemblage van twee wijngaarden, één gelegen in het dorp Barbaresco en één in het dorp Neive.
