Ottenuto da uve bombino bianco, sangiovese, nero di Troia e piccole percentuali di altre varietà locali, deve il suo nome all'alternarsi dei contadini nell'utilizzo delle attrezzature per la pigiatura: "Cacc", chi portava via le uve già pigiate, e "Mmitte", chi arrivava con le uve ancora da pressare. In seguito alla fermentazione, il vino sosta in barrique di rovere usata per sei mesi, a cui seguono quattro mesi in bottiglia. Non filtrato.

Lightweight but I like it

Honestly fantastic for the price. It's just heavy enough to not get yanked around. It's pretty. And it has not looked like it has any wear or anything yet. I would recommend it. Especially for the price. If you want something a little bit more heavy duty I would definitely go with something else but I've had no issues

It gets the job done.

These some on a flat piece of cardboard, and I was concerned. It goes together well, and has held up to Highschooler use for a month so far. It looks nice, but is nothing fancy. If you are looking for any sort of resistance for your paper towel for tearing, this product probably isn't for you. It is weighted enough for it to not fall over, it looks nice enough to be fine but not nice enough to want to steal. Exactly what I was looking for. If you are searching for the perfect paper towel holder... you probably will take issue with this one. If you just need a new paper towel holder, this one might do.
