Vino di classe, in grado di bilanciare sentori fruttati e complessità aromatica, ha una buona evoluzione nel tempo.
Indicato con i primi piatti conditi con sughi di molluschi e crostacei, si abbina anche con crudi di mare e formaggi caprini freschi.
